Prepaid hours
Packs are paid up front. Unused time stays available for 60 days and can be applied to another pack. Extra work beyond the written scope is a new pack, never an extension.
Scope
The scope of every session is written down in five bullets before the timer starts. Work outside those bullets is out of scope.
Ownership
You own the code, the repositories, the accounts, the domain, and all IP produced during the session. Everything is set up under your accounts.
No guarantee of salvageability
A prototype may not be worth taking to production. The 2-hour Triage exists to find that out honestly. We may decline further work after it; that recommendation is part of the deliverable.
Recordings
Sessions are recorded when possible. The recording is delivered to you and is yours.
Refunds
If we can't hold the session within a reasonable window after payment, you get a full refund. Completed session time is not refundable.
